Luxury homes

In luxury, presentation is everything.

Distinctive homes deserve a considered strategy. Led by Amanda Rosen, Certified Luxury Home Specialist, Modern Boston Living pairs refined presentation with local expertise and outreach designed for qualified buyers in Boston, across the country, and abroad.

Boston expertise. A wider audience.

Private representation · Editorial presentation · Thoughtful buyer outreach

Boston landmark residences

Explore Boston’s defining addresses.

Discover the character, setting, and buyer considerations behind three of Boston’s best-known luxury residences. Each guide leads to a private conversation about current availability.

Modern Boston Living is an independent real estate team and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these buildings or hotel brands.

For exceptional properties

Local precision. International visibility.

We build a custom plan around the home and its likely buyer: Boston and MetroWest clients, national relocation buyers, and qualified international prospects where appropriate. The goal is presentation that earns attention, followed by personal follow-through.

01 / PRESENTATION

Make the first impression count.

Design-led staging, editorial photography, property film, and compelling copy help buyers understand the home before they walk through it.

02 / REACH

Put the story in the right places.

A tailored mix of listing distribution, digital campaigns, press opportunities, and agent-to-agent outreach extends the audience beyond a single local search.

03 / EXPERIENCE

Make every showing deliberate.

Private appointments, broker events when suitable, clear buyer qualification, and responsive follow-up turn awareness into informed offers.

How we sell luxury

We go the extra mile — and invite the area’s top agents.

A luxury listing doesn’t just get a sign and a lockbox. We host a real event: wood-fired pizza, a full bar, professional photo and video — and a personal invitation to the region’s top agents, so your home gets in front of the buyers most likely to pay a premium.

Recent success

Sold in one day, $150k over asking

810 North Street featured a stunning backyard patio with a built-in stone pizza oven. For the broker's open, Amanda didn't just put out a sign-in sheet — she brought in pizza chefs baking fresh, wood-fired pizza in the backyard oven, a bartender serving cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres, and professional photography and videography capturing every detail. Then she invited the region's top agents, so the home got in front of the buyers most likely to pay a premium.

The result? The home sold in one day, for over $150,000 above the $1,995,000 asking price, with incredible terms for the sellers. That's what going above and beyond looks like.
