About MacIntosh Farms

MacIntosh Farms is one of Sharon's most desirable townhome communities — a collection of attached homes set among mature trees along Apple Valley Drive, Baldwin Drive, and Orchard Hill Drive. With spacious two-bedroom floor plans (many with 2.5 baths and roughly 1,900 to 2,500 square feet), attached garages, and low-maintenance grounds, MacIntosh Farms offers single-family space and comfort without the upkeep — a combination that draws downsizers, professionals, and commuters who want to stay in Sharon.

Sharon consistently ranks among the most desirable towns south of Boston. Its public schools are nationally recognized as some of the very best in Massachusetts, and the town centers on beautiful Lake Massapoag, with its beach, sailing, and walking paths. The Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary — Mass Audubon's oldest — offers miles of trails, and Sharon's own commuter rail station puts Boston's South Station roughly 40 minutes away on the Providence/Stoughton line. It all keeps demand for well-located homes like those in MacIntosh Farms strong and steady.

Whether you're thinking of selling your MacIntosh Farms townhome for top dollar or hoping to buy into the community, we know it better than anyone — the floor plans, the comparable sales, and the buyers actively looking here. We'd love to help you make your move.
